Mr. Friedman is a Vice President and member of the investment team at GreenBarn Investment Group. Prior to joining GreenBarn, he was a Vice President at Palatine Capital Partners, a principal investment firm focused on making complex, lower middle market investments in US real estate. At Palatine, Mr. Friedman was involved in the acquisition, asset management, fund management and reporting for a portfolio of existing and development properties across multifamily, senior-housing, self-storage and parking assets. Prior to Palatine, Mr. Friedman worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, focusing on direct real estate investments in the Northeast. While at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Friedman completed transactions totaling $2.4 billion in deal capitalization, on behalf of institutional investors. Mr. Friedman received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
