Mr. Sibilia is a Partner and senior member of the investment team at GreenBarn Investment Group. Previously, he spent 14 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Real Estate Americas (“J.P. Morgan”), most recently as Managing Director and co-head of the Northeast Investment team focusing on acquisitions activity for all clients. During his tenure at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Sibilia was responsible for sourcing and executing transactions across risk profiles and product types from the New York City region to Boston. Prior to his role as team leader, he was an acquisitions officer sourcing new investments in the northeastern United States, most recently with a focus on New York City. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, he was an acquisitions officer for Arsenal Real Estate Funds. Mr. Sibilia started his career in 2001 with PGIM (formerly Prudential Real Estate Investors) and holds a B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University and is a CFA charter holder. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute with membership on the national Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council (Red Flight) and on the New York chapter of the Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council (Blue Flight).
