As General Manager for GreenBarn, Tim Kelly is responsible for the oversight of nearly 1 million square feet of the Westchester Portfolio. Mr. Kelly has over 30 years of experience in Property Management, Construction and Engineering Operations across commercial office and retail space.  Mr. Kelly served in a similar capacity with Columbia Property Trust and Normandy Real Estate Partners. He has also worked at properties for Equity Office Properties and JP Morgan where he has implemented best practices, policies, and procedures to maximize value at each Asset.  He is a member of Westchester BOMA and attended St. Bonaventure University.
