Mr. Ramelow is a Vice President and member of the investment team at GreenBarn Investment Group. Prior to joining GreenBarn, he owned and operated an independent retail platform in SoHo. Before that, Mr. Ramelow spent five years at Westbrook Partners, where he underwrote and executed complex debt and equity investments across office, residential, and mixed-use assets. During his tenure at Westbrook, Mr. Ramelow completed over $1.6 billion in transactions. Mr. Ramelow began his career at Eastdil Secured on the real estate investment banking team, advising institutional owners and investors on investment sales and capital markets transactions. Mr. Ramelow received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
