GreenBarn, along with its partners Meadow Partners, Skylight Real Estate Partners and Axonic Capital, originated a $77 million senior and junior mezzanine construction loan on 8 Carlisle Street as part of the project’s recapitalization.

8 Carlisle Street will be a 64-story, 462-unit ground-up residential tower situated on a 0.26-acre parcel at the corner of Carlisle and Washington Streets on the west side of Manhattan’s Financial District.
