Normandy recently completed the redevelopment of this 10-story iconic, architecturally significant loft-style property which had previously been the long-time home of ABC Carpet & Home, ABC Cocina, and ABC Kitchen. Totaling 221,312 square feet, the asset consists of two connected office buildings: 888 Broadway and 38 East 19th Street located between Madison Square Park and Union Square Park in the Flatiron District of Manhattan’s Midtown South submarket.
The building, which underwent a complete renovation including the creation of a new office lobby, the addition of a penthouse and rooftop patio space, new elevators, restrooms, building systems, and modernized glazing for improved thermal and acoustic performance, was subsequently leased to Netflix and Atlassian.
