CityHouse Ashburn Station

​CityHouse Ashburn Station is a luxury 200-unit townhome community located in Ashburn, Virginia. GreenBarn together with Rithm Capital Corp. (Rithm) and American Real Estate Partners (AREP) partnered to acquire the property from Dream Finders Homes (DFH). At closing, the 200-unit build-to-rent community consisted of 26 completed units and 174 to-be-built units. The project was acquired in 15 phases at fixed prices from DFH and includes a mix of stacked townhomes and traditional side-by-side townhomes. Construction was completed in February 2025. ​
