The Allen

The Allen, located in Kissimmee, Florida (20 miles south of Orlando), is a luxury multifamily rental community consisting of 312 residential units. GreenBarn acquired the ~8-acre site in 2023 and construction was completed in March 2025. ​

GreenBarn and its partners were awarded an RFP from the City of Kissimmee on a 20-acre assemblage. As part of the RFP process, the mechanics and terms of a public-private partnership with the City were finalized. Phase I consisted of the development of a four-story building, featuring a “double-donut” design and premium amenities including but not limited to a fitness facility, swimming pool, co-working spaces, and a golf simulator. 5% of the overall units in Phase I are allocated towards affordable housing for residents earning 80% AMI. The partnership also holds an option to develop an additional phase, currently being marketed as a medical office build-to-suit opportunity.​

The property is ideally situated within Kissimmee’s Medical Arts District, an area which is experiencing above-average levels of job growth and directly adjacent to the Osceola Regional Medical Center, a major employer in the market. In addition, The Allen is walking distance to downtown Kissimmee which offers a mix of restaurants, businesses, and special events and is a 25-minute drive from Walt Disney World.​
