In September 2024, GreenBarn acquired Two Liberty Center, a best-in-class 190,000 square foot office building located in the Ballston submarket of Arlington, Virginia.  The Property is located in the established defense hub of Ballston which is anchored by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (“DARPA”), the Office of Naval Research (“ONR”), and the Cyber Command Center, along with the nation’s most advanced defense technology contractors. The Ballston submarket is poised to grow as federal defense spending increases and continues to shift from traditional combat spending to technology/cybersecurity. The asset was renovated in 2019 and is comprised of 13,000 square feet of retail and 174,000 square feet of office.
